An award-winning designer, product entrepreneur and CEO of Raaya Design, a product, experience and communications design consultancy based in San Francisco, Rupa Chaturvedi works with companies and entrepreneurs to create products and experiences that generate new revenue streams and brand relationships.
Her designs have won her international recognition including the Red Dot Design and GOOD Design Awards. As President of the Raaya Foundation, Rupa has founded such social-impact programs as 'Adopt a Community' to aid rural artists and 'Gurukool,' which aims to be India's first interactive learning center.
Prior to founding Raaya, she worked in the Education, Technology and Product Engineering domains and founded successful business ventures in the Information Design, Web Applications and Content Design space.
She has been instrumental in launching several successful service brands globally and worked for global consulting firms such as Aptech, Fujitsu and Wipro.She is a photographer and blogs on innovation, design and branding.
